SPECIFICATION
It's extra standard abbr SE optical quality, that relates to spec 9065-07 as follows. Transmittance, Ta: major 50% at thickness 3mm, also 0.70@1mm, 0.60@2mm, 0.50@3mm for the standard illuminant A; Reflectance diffusional, R average: minor 50% at Vis-band 400...750nm; Normal inclusions: abt 200nm; Abnormal inclusions: abt 1mm2 at qty 8 to 1dm2 in grade 2; Surface Quality, P: white ground glass, nonspecular opal glass; Tolerance linear: +5mm. We certificate origin and optical quality in Ukraine, and we send you the standard test report and the glass datasheet to delivered glass.
Note.
The
visual inspection of the glass is made in transmitted light from the
standard illuminant A, which was distanced 100mm and powered 100W. The test
resume as follows:
* milk glass is nonspecular (normal inclusions 1microns);
* opal
glass is specular opaque (normal inclusions 200nm);
* opaline (opalescent) glass is specular opalesque (normal inclusions 100nm).
The specification is printed by the Industrial Norm ÍÎ-5708-68 'opal and opalescent glass', App No. 1 dated July 1970. Also, the catalogue is presented by the editors Voyshvillo N.A., Gurevich Ì.Ì.; printed in Leningrad: GOI, 1975.
