You have order for a delivery that constitutes a purchaser order, if it is sufficiently definite and indicates your inten­tion to be bound in case of contract. Your purchase order is sufficiently definite if it indicates the goods and expressly or implicitly fixes or makes pro­vision for determining the quantity and the price.
 
Your order is subject to the conditions as specified. Then purchaser order is integral part of a delivery and it must be stamped and signed. We do list your conditions accurately into a sales contract (and invoice), unless it will not be otherwise specified from us oneself. You send order by e-mail (an image-copy).
